The license displayed on an individual download page controls how that file may be used.
When no separate license is stated
Treat the file as licensed for personal, non-commercial projects only. You may resize or adapt it for your own project, but you may not sell or redistribute the digital file, include it in another download pack, upload it to another library, or claim it as your own work.
Commercial projects
Commercial use is allowed only when the individual file page clearly grants it. A commercial-use permission for finished physical products does not automatically permit resale of the source file.
Third-party rights
You are responsible for checking trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, patents, and local restrictions before using a design commercially or publicly.
No transfer of ownership
A download license grants limited permission to use a file. It does not transfer copyright or ownership unless the file page expressly says otherwise.
