Cutting notes
Open the selected format in compatible design software and confirm units and final dimensions before machining. Inspect for duplicate, overlapping or open paths; preserve narrow bridges and minimum feature sizes when scaling. Run a kerf test on the chosen material, cut internal details before the outside contour, and use suitable hold-down, air assist, extraction and fire supervision. CNC-router users should confirm that the smallest details are wider than the selected bit and adjust toolpaths without changing the artwork.
